The Healing Journal Classes are gentle, small-group Zoom
sessions designed to accompany my first published book, Winning the Battle in My Mind and How: A Journal for Emotional Health — a 21-day guided journal for emotional healing. The journal offers a simple, structured way to support peace in the mind, body, and heart through reflection, nervous-system-aware practices, and careful attention. The classes are offered for those who would like to walk through the journal with guidance and the support of shared reflection — offering a lived, relational companion to the journal that allows us to go deeper into the material. |
