This story has taken many years to tell.
It has been carried prayerfully — and even at great
cost — through art, writing, dance, and video.
It is my own story
and was created so that I might heal.
Nothing here was shared lightly (or without permission).
Yet, not every part is public.
Some portions have remained hidden.

How the Story Took Shape
In 2016, I began creating The Dance.
In 2019, I began writing The Book — my autobiography.
In 2023, I began creating The Story Videos.

These were all ways of telling my story through different art forms, to heal layered trauma. |
In 2025, I began using my voice to sing.
Now, I'm learning to listen more deeply to the stories of
others — offering presence, reflection, and care,
so healing might continue beyond my own journey.
