Over time, I came to understand it as part of my life’s work — a
living expression of healing, embodiment, and becoming whole.
It was born out of a health crisis I experienced and
grew from there — with a lot of heart.

Today, this work lives not only formerly on stage, but within the wider mission of Inner Reformation: to tend gently to the nervous system, the body, the heart, and the soul. |
The Question at the Heart of the Dance
|
At the heart of this work is a simple, enduring question:
“What do you love most?” It arose from my own lived journey and is explored through powerful movement. |
|
In this way, the dance becomes a form of witness — an offering of presence and tenderness — and a doorway into reflection and restoration. |
