October 31, 2019 I began a new project: writing my life story.
This written autobiography is closely connected to my dance, and you can follow along with pieces of that journey on my blog. It has always been a long-term project — one that invites healing, reflection, and courage along the way. Alongside this book, I’ve been on a “thriving journey” of my own. When I began, I dared to believe that five years of intentional growth might help me learn how to live with more peace, strength, and resilience. Update! I'm still actively working on my written autobiography and remain deeply devoted to sharing it when the time is right. It continues to unfold in its own beautiful timing. In the meantime — I am so grateful to share that my first published book is now available on Amazon! It’s called: Winning the Battle in My Mind and How: A Journal for Emotional Health (Spiritual Self-Healing Book for Trauma) It’s a gentle 21-day journal designed to support emotional and spiritual healing — rooted in honest reflection, simple practices, and encouragement.
