Outdoor Dance Project Finished!
July 2020.
YAY!!!!! Tessa made it! Her 12-month Outdoor Dance Project is complete. If she had to guess, she's so far processed around 20, 000 photos throughout this year. That's an insane amount, but actually could be less than what she's created (e.g., she still has more months that she needs to process!). Throughout the year, she filmed 14 times, capturing at least 3 different takes each time she filmed. From one ten-minute clip, for example, it's nothing for her to capture 1,000 photos.
To conclude this year-long dancing adventure, July 2020 was such a beautiful time for Tessa. She filmed at her Dad's. It was meaningful to be at her childhood home and to finish her final month of the project. It was a hot, sweaty day, and this is a dress that Tessa wore at the age of 15 & 18 to prom. She is now 37!
To conclude, Tessa hopes to offer various products for purchase related to this year-long experience of dancing outside. If she may say so, she thinks the work is stunning, especially given the fact that it was all filmed on nothing more than her humble computer camera. The natural light coming through the tiny lens somehow was able to work. Tessa is delighted and thankful for this year-long experience.
